Diagnostic H.pylori Rapid Test Device
The most common, convenient and most used method in clinical practice is the 13c urea breath test method. It is mainly by blowing air to judge the changes before and after, to diagnosis whether there is H.pylori infection. If test DOB value ≥4, the patients get H.pylori infection, they need to regularly use triple or quadruple therapy to eradicate H.pylori, which will help the recovery of the disease. 13c urea breath test need combined 13c infrared spectrometer.

After subjects take 13C urea orally, the urease produced by Helicobacter pylori will break down 13C urea into 13C carbon dioxide and ammonia. The 13C carbon dioxide enters the lungs through the blood and then exhales out of the body. Collect the subjects' exhalation and use an infrared spectrometer to detect the changes in the ratio of 13C/12C carbon dioxide in the exhalation to diagnose Helicobacter pylori infection in the stomach.
